I've released the new version of jwscripts. 20240510 is available at the project's Sourceforge page.

I've separated the functions from etc/jwscripts.conf to lib/functions. This seems like a more logical approach and allows a user to keep an old config file with less danger of breaking how the functions work.

The bin/bell script was pretty useless since very little modern computer hardware has a PC speaker. I've rewritten the script to play sounds instead. aplay is used by default, but that can be changed in etc/jwscripts.conf.
